Fast-rising Nollywood teen actress Uchechi Treasure Okonkwo, popularly known as Adakirikiri, has penned an emotional tribute to her manager and mentor, Chidinma Joyce Okonkwo, in celebration of her birthday today.

In a heartfelt post shared on her official social media platforms, the young star thanked Chidinma for her unwavering support, calling her “a light, a guide, and a rare gift to Nollywood.” She added, “Happy birthday to the one who believed in me even before the world saw me. Your strength, patience, and creativity inspire me every day. I love you dearly, Aunty Dinma.”

Chidinma Joyce Okonkwo has steadily built a reputation as one of the new generation women shaping the future of Nigerian cinema. Her journey began with early musical roots, debuting as a gospel singer alongside her sister with the single “Because You Love Me.” But it was Nollywood that captured her full creative spirit.

She began her film career as a Continuity Officer, contributing to acclaimed films like My Mother and I, Cupid’s Arrow, Fighting Self, and Dark Intent. Her meticulous attention to detail on set laid the groundwork for her broader ambitions in the film industry.

Her transition into production has already yielded results, with three films to her credit: Regardless, Special Center, and Before You. These projects, produced under the banner of Boldline Entertainment—founded by her brother—are reflective of her storytelling instincts and eye for rising talent.

As the artist manager of Uchechi Treasure (Adakirikiri) and other budding talents, Chidinma balances creative development with strategic career guidance. She also serves as a production manager at Cynosure Movies Production and continues to expand her influence as a content creator on platforms like YouTube, Facebook, and TikTok under the name Dinma Joyce.

Fans and colleagues have flooded social media with birthday messages, recognizing her multifaceted contributions to music, film, and talent development.

Today, Chidinma stands as a testament to persistence, family legacy, and creative evolution in Nollywood—proving that behind every rising star is often a visionary guiding the way.
